Plastisol ink additives: allow plastisol-based screen printing ink to be made thinner or thicker, improving its printability.
NPT CURABLE REDUCER
The Curable reducer is a phthalate-free plastisol that can be used in all Union plastisols to reduce viscosity. Please note that this product is a true plastisol, so it does not affect flashlight drying or oven curing. NPT PLASTISOL FLOW THINNER
The Flow Thinner is a phthalate-free plasticizer that can be used in all Union plastisols to reduce viscosity. Please note that this product is not a plastisol, but a thinner, so it affects flash-light drying and oven curing. NPT NYLONBOND
Nylobond is a phthalate-free additive that increases adhesion on all types of fabrics and also increases the overall strength of plastisols. It is recommended to add 10-15% Nylobond to plastisols, keeping in mind that the ink's viscosity will decrease after adding it. Print and cure following normal plastisol procedures, however it is important to remember that maximum hardening will be achieved within the following 72 hours. Once Nylobond has been added to the plastisol, the product will last approximately 15 hours. After this time, do not use the mixed ink.| Product Code: 50039021 |
