AquaTek Gel Retarder
AquaTek Gel Retarder is a wetting agent for pigment printing pastes. Adding AquaTek Gel Retarder, thanks to its hygroscopicity, reduces clogging of the screen mesh during printing, also improving printability. It must be added to printing pastes in quantities between 20 and 50 g per kg of printing paste, depending on the type of paste, the number of threads in the screen, the design to be printed, etc.| NO-DRY ADDITIVE |

AquaTek Binder AT5
AquaTek Binder AT5 is a polyurethane binder used in the preparation of pigment printing pastes. The main feature of AquaTek Binder AT5 is its high cross-linking power even at lower temperatures (140°C), combined with excellent fastness and excellent adhesion to the substrates on which it is used. It is suitable for printing on cotton fabrics and its blends, synthetic fabrics, or PVC; once polymerized, the prints generally have excellent overall fastness. We recommend adding quantities ranging from 100 to 200g per kg of paste to be prepared, depending on the amount of pigment to be added and the desired solidity.POLYURETHANE BINDER |

AquaTek Thickner 491
AquaTek Thickner 491 is a fully neutralized synthetic thickener specifically designed for "critical" fabrics such as nonwovens and non-hydrophilic canvases, for pigment printing. It is easily dispersible in water. We recommend adding AquaTek Thickner 491 in quantities ranging from 20 to 35g/kg of the paste to be prepared and dispersing it while stirring vigorously. AQUATEK THICKENER 1016
AquaTek Thickner 1016 is a fully neutralized, general-purpose synthetic thickener for pigment printing. It is easily dispersible in water. We recommend adding AquaTek Thickner 1016 in quantities ranging from 20 to 35g/kg of the paste to be prepared and dispersing it while stirring vigorously. AquaTek Binder ACM
AquaTek Binder ACM is an acrylic binder used in the preparation of pigment printing pastes. The main characteristic of AquaTek Binder ACM is its high cross-linking power. It is suitable for printing cotton fabrics and its blends; once polymerized, the prints generally have good overall fastness. AquaTek Binder LND
AquaTek Binder LND is a polyurethane binder used in the preparation of pigment printing pastes. The main characteristic of AquaTek Binder PU is its high elasticity combined with high overall fastness. It is suitable for printing on cotton fabrics and its blends, as well as synthetics. AQUATEK FIXER FF
AquaTek FIX FF is a fixing agent for pigment printing pastes. Adding the fixer increases the fastness of prints, especially on cotton, cotton blends, or synthetic fabrics. AquaTek Catalyst BB
AquaTek Catalyst BB is a cross-linking agent for pigment printing pastes. Adding Catalyst BB increases the fastness of prints, allowing cold or low-temperature cross-linking. It should be added to printing pastes in quantities between 10 and 40 g per kg of printing paste. It should be remembered that after adding Catalyst BB while stirring, the paste must be used within 24 hours. After 24 hours of curing, the paste will not show any signs of buildup, so it can be reused by adding the same amount of Catalyst BB again.
