AQUATEK SOFT LACQUER LF

AquaTek Soft Lac is a ready-to-use printing paste that allows you to achieve high-coverage effects on dyed fabrics, even on dark tones. Aquatek Soft Lac features good covering power, good color rendering, and high tone brilliance. Prints have a very soft and pleasant feel, and offer excellent fastness to both wet and dry rubbing, as well as washing. AquaTek Soft Lac can be colored with the addition of Neoprint pigments up to a maximum of 60-80 g/kg. We recommend adding up to 50 g/kg of Aquatek Finish S to increase printability and improve rub fastness. After drying, prints should be cured at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes. Thanks to its formulation, Aquatek Soft Lac allows you to operate in full compliance with current regulations, complying with the most demanding standards such as Bluesign, ZDHC MRSL level 3, and the Organic Textile Global Standard (GOTS).

AQUATEK LAC SH

AQUATEK LAC SH is a ready-to-use printing paste with good covering power, allowing for printing on dyed fabrics with intense colors. AquaTek Lac SH is especially suitable for printing on cotton and its blends, offering a very soft and silky feel, good overall fastness, and excellent color rendering on dyed fabrics. It can be colored with Neoprint pigments up to a maximum of 40-80 g per kg of paste. We always recommend adding 50 g/kg of AquaTek Fixer FF to improve overall fastness. After drying, prints must be cured at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes.

ASULAK E-HC FF

ASULAK E-HC FF Ready-to-use, formaldehyde-free acrylic paste for opaque, brilliant multicolor prints. ASULAK E-HC FF is suitable for almost all types of fibers that are sufficiently heat-stable. After drying, prints should be cured at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes. ASULAK E-HC FF produces prints with a soft, dry feel and good fixative strength. Since it does not contain or release formaldehyde, ASULAK E-HC FF fully meets the requirements of various eco-labels, such as Öko-Tex Standard 100 (product class I) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). We always recommend adding 50g/kg of AquaTek Fixer FF to improve overall fastness. After drying, prints must be cured at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes.

AquaTek Lac Brill FF produces prints with a soft, dry feel and good fixative strength. ASULAK E-NS

ASULAK E-NS Ready-to-use, no-dry printing paste, completely free of phthalates, PVC, and formaldehyde, suitable for printing on dark fabrics made of cotton and its blends, as well as on polyamide (PA) and Lycra PA. Preliminary print tests are recommended on polyester (PES) and cotton/polyester (PES/CO) to avoid color sublimation due to the use of disperse pigments for fabric dyeing. Asuprint E-NS NEW has good wash resistance, a plastisol-like feel, and excellent elasticity; It can be printed with screens ranging from 34 to 120 threads/cm while maintaining excellent printability even with intermediate drying via IR flash. ASULAK E-NS can be colored with the addition of Neoprint pigments up to a maximum of 60-80 g/kg. After drying, prints must be polymerized at 150-160°C for 3 minutes. ASULAK E-NS complies with ZDHC MRSL level 3, Bluesign and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

ASULAK E-ELY 100 Ready-to-use printing paste with ELASTIC properties, completely free of phthalates, PVC, and formaldehyde, suitable for printing on dark fabrics made of cotton and its blends, as well as on polyamide (PA) and Lycra PA. Preliminary print tests are recommended on polyester (PES) and cotton/polyester (PES/CO) to avoid color sublimation due to the use of disperse pigments for fabric dyeing. ASULAK E-ELY 100 has excellent wash resistance and excellent elasticity; it can be printed with screens ranging from 34 to 77 threads/cm, maintaining excellent printability even with intermediate drying via IR flash.
