SUBLIMATION digital inks developed for Ricoh and Kyocera printheads (MEDIUM AND HIGH viscosity) Suitable for direct printing and paper transfer :

NF-400 TUNE range is a series of DIRECT DISPERSE digital inks developed for Ricoh printheads (HIGH viscosity). Suitable for direct printing and paper transfer. :

NFS Cleaner

NFS Cleaner, suitable for internal and external cleaning of Ricoh Gen4, Ricoh Gen5, and Epson printheads. It can be used as a capping fluid on machines with Ricoh Gen4, Ricoh Gen5, and Epson printheads. Suitable for cleaning pipes when used in place of ink.

DIGITAL PRINTING AUXILIARIES

PIGMENT PREPARATION – PGT 27

PIGMENT PREPARATION – PGT 27 is a ready-to-use preparation for preparing fabrics for inkjet printing with pigments. It can be used on any type of fabric, natural or synthetic. With proper color calibration, it ensures excellent color rendering when printed, combined with excellent edge retention. It does not cause yellowing. It significantly improves color fastness to washing and wet/dry rubbing, compared to untreated fiber.
APPLICATION: • Apply PGT-27 preparation using a scarf. • Dry at a maximum temperature of 100°C. • Use good ventilation to dry the product completely. • Print digitally with pigment-based colors. • Heat set at 145-165°C, depending on the fabric to be printed.

PIGMENT PREPARATION – DARK CONC

DESCRIPTION: Pretreatment required for preparing dark fabrics for pigment inkjet printing. PIGMENT PREPARATION – DARK CONC provides prints on dark fabrics with high sharpness/edge retention, high print uniformity, high color brilliance/depth, and good resistance to washing and rubbing. APPLICATION: The equipment required for proper application of the pretreatments consists of a roller (similar to a paint roller), a liquid spray applicator (airbrush, etc.), a press, and a Teflon sheet (as a barrier between the fabric and the press). The product is concentrated and can be diluted as desired; we recommend a 1:1 - 1:2 dilution, based on preliminary application tests.

POST-TREATMENT FOR PIGMENTS

DESCRIPTION: POST-TREATMENT FOR PIGMENTS is a ready-to-use preparation for the post-treatment of pigment inkjet fabrics. It can be used on any type of fabric, natural or synthetic. It does not cause yellowing. It significantly improves color fastness to washing and dry/wet rubbing, compared to untreated fiber.

SUBLIMATION PREPARATION - DSP

DESCRIPTION: SUBLIMATION PREPARATION - DSP is a preparation for preparing fabrics for inkjet printing with disperse and sublimation inks. SUBLIMATION PREPARATION - DSP can be used on polyester or acetate fabrics. It is a controlled-foam liquid. It ensures excellent color rendering combined with good penetration and edge retention. It does not cause color shifts.
