AquaTek Discharge Base
AquaTek Discharge Base is a transparent corrosion agent used for printing on cellulose fibers dyed with corrosive dyes. AquaTek Discharge Base already contains the necessary amount of urea for corrosion. The corrosion color develops during the polymerization phase, which must be carried out at 150-160°C for 4-5 minutes. AquaTek Discharge Base can be colored by adding pigments from the Neoprint series (check the pigments' resistance to corrosion) up to a maximum of 30-40g per kg of paste. Prepare the paste by adding varying amounts of AcquaTek Corrodente TE, ranging from 5% to 8%. This paste provides excellent printability, color rendering, and final finish. Once the paste has been prepared with the addition of AcquaTek Corrodente TE, it must be used within 24 hours. We recommend washing the fabric within 24 hours of printing to remove any residue of the corrosive paste.| TRANSPARENT CORROSION Water Based |

AquaTek Discharge White
AquaTek Discharge White is a white discharging agent used for printing on cellulose fibers dyed with discharging dyes. AquaTek Discharge White already contains the necessary amount of urea for discharging. The discharging color develops during the polymerization phase, which must be carried out at 150-160°C for 4-5 minutes. AquaTek Discharge White can be colored by adding pigments from the Neoprint series (check the pigments' resistance to corrosion) up to a maximum of 30-40g per kg of paste to obtain pastel shades. Prepare the paste by adding variable amounts of AquaTek Corrodente TE, ranging from 5% to 8%. This paste provides excellent printability, whiteness, and final finish. Once the paste has been prepared with the addition of AquaTek Corrodente TE, it must be used within 24 hours. We recommend washing the fabric within 24 hours of printing to remove any residue of the corrosive paste.| WHITE CORROSION Water Based |

MagnaPrint Discharge Base ULF
MagnaPrint Discharge Base ULF is a base paste for discharge printing that drastically reduces the amount of formaldehyde that can be extracted from the product, compared to the discharge printing system with AquaTek Corrodente TE. MagnaPrint Discharge Base ULF is recommended for printing cellulose fibers dyed with etching dyes. It is particularly suitable for screen printing because products printed with it do not require subsequent washing. MagnaPrint Discharge Base ULF already contains the amount of urea necessary for corrosion development. To achieve the desired corrosion effect, add DISCHARGE ACTIVATOR M in a quantity of 60 g/kg while stirring. MagnaPrint Discharge Base ULF can be colored by adding pigments from the Neoprint series (check the pigments' resistance to corrosion) up to a maximum of 30-40 g per kg of paste. It can be printed wet-on-wet, and the corrosion color development occurs during the polymerization cycle at a temperature of 150°-160°C for 3-4 minutes.| Transparent Corrosion Water Based |

MagnaPrint Discharge Super White ULF
MagnaPrint Discharge Super White ULF is a white paste for discharge printing that drastically reduces the amount of formaldehyde that can be extracted from the product, compared to the discharge printing system with AquaTek Corrodente TE. MagnaPrint Discharge Super White ULF is recommended for printing cellulose fibers dyed with corrodible dyes. It is particularly designed for screen printing applications because products printed with it do not require subsequent washing. MagnaPrint Discharge Super White ULF already contains the amount of urea necessary for corrosion development. To achieve the desired corrosion effect, add DISCHARGE ACTIVATOR M at a rate of 60 g/kg while stirring. MagnaPrint Discharge Super White ULF can be colored by adding pigments from the Neoprint series (check the pigments' resistance to corrosion) up to a maximum of 30-40 g per kg of paste to obtain pastel shades. It can be printed wet-on-wet, and the corrosion color development occurs during the polymerization cycle at a temperature of 150°-160°C for 3-4 minutes.| White Corrosion Water Based |
