DTF Powder 80-200MY LOW-MELTING. Composition: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), plasticizer-free, environmentally friendly, and high-performance. Its low melting temperature, softness, and elasticity make it particularly suitable for DTF printing applications. This product melts at lower temperatures than standard adhesive powders and is particularly suitable for transfers onto nylon and lightweight fabrics. Suitable for DTF PRINTERS and DIRECT DIGITAL PRINTERS. EUROPEAN CERTIFIED PRODUCT, PROVIDED WITH TECHNICAL AND SAFETY DATA SHEETS.

The DTF POWDER - DTF 80-200MY LOW-MELTING powdered hot-melt adhesive for film is synonymous with premium quality and ease of use. ECO PASSPORT certified for safe contact with children's skin, it is highly versatile and suitable for all DTF films. Its advanced formula ensures elasticity and coverage while maintaining a soft feel. When stored according to the instructions provided*, the glue does not form lumps and is extremely smooth on the film, ensuring a consistently uniform and flawless application. Another advantage is its excellent melting point and the ability to dry at low temperatures, starting at 110°C, ensuring reduced processing times. Thanks to these characteristics, the DTF film adhesive is ideal for ensuring high resistance to washing and excellent, long-lasting adhesion to the garment. For even brighter, fuller and brighter prints, we recommend using it in combination with Tek-Ind DTF rolls, available in both rolls and sheets.
