DTF PLUS 60
The DTF plus 60 is a DTF (direct-to-film) printer with a maximum print width of 60 cm, equipped with a Hoson controller that can accommodate 2 to 4 i3200 heads.
Transfer printing on rolls, ready for transfer onto garments and fabrics. The next-generation pigment-based ink is very thin to the touch and offers extremely high wash fastness.
The basic model with 4-head electronics, if initially installed with 2 heads, can be upgraded to 4 heads if necessary.
The DTF plus 60 model is unique but can be configured according to needs, using the 2/3/4 heads as a single four-color process + white (CMYK + Wwww), double four-color process (2 x CMYK + 2 x Wwww), 3 heads and 9 colors (CMYK + RGOB + Wwww), or spot colors such as fluorescent depending on the number of heads installed.
We can now also offer a new system, consisting of five colors (CMYK and white) with the addition of liquid glues and top coating fixatives. Also available with Bluesign and OEKO-TEX certified inks.
