Complete range of 1mm semi-opaque nylon flock in various colors. Nylon flock for special effects such as fur and pony. 0.6mm fluorescent nylon flock. Trilobate flock in 1.5mm height. To be used with AQUATEK FLOCK ADHESIVE, usually printing on cotton fabrics or its blends and electrostatically flocking on wet printing. Polymerize after flocking for 2-3 minutes at 150°C. For plastisol products, it is possible to flock electrostatically after printing the Clear Gel on the fabric using the same procedure. For complete polymerization, heat the flock print to 160°C.
