Automatic Flock
The flocking unit has an independent structure and can be positioned in the intermediate spaces between one printing unit and another. The trolley consists of a Plexiglas hopper made up of a brush with interchangeable slats for the correct distribution of the flock.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Flocking hopper manufactured in plexiglas, composed by a brush equipped with interchangeable staves for the correct flock distribution.
- Useful flocking area: cm 35x45 and 50x70 cm
- The flocking unit is insulated from the unit by insulating material.
- The brush acts on a stainless steel frame for the flock screen.
- The unit is endowed with 3 different frames having a different openings for different kinds of flock.
- The brush movement is controlled by a pneumatic piston.
- The hopper is closed by transparent plexiglas.
- The unit is held by a carrying structure on wheels which can be installed on any screen printing machine.
- The unit is also endowed with the electrical cabinet and control board.
