In combination with non-woven printing machines, we have developed a three-pass drying system that allows better ink drying. The oven has a total drying area of 6 meters, through the double transmission the coil passes three times from the hot zone, this guarantees a tripled drying time which allows the material to dry without increasing the temperatures too much. The oven can reach a maximum of 200 ° C, depending on the fabric being printed, the ideal temperature must be set for correct ink drying. If you want to print and subsequently dry polypropylene reels you will need to set the temperature to 60°C, while if the reel will be made of cotton the drying temperature can be increased to 140°C - 150°C this condition allows to dry both water based inks and plastisol based inks.
