DTF INKS

DTF ink is a water-based ink specially designed for transfer printing with Epson i3200 printheads. The high-quality white ink ensures minimal printer maintenance and excellent print quality. It can withstand countless wash cycles without fading. Suitable for 100% cotton and synthetic fabrics. Available in the following colors: white, yellow, black, magenta, and cyan.

DTF CLEANER

Epson i3200 printhead cleaner, suitable for routine maintenance, capping cleaning, capping refilling for machine shutdown, or for emptying the circuit during summer shutdowns.

DTF PRINTING METHOD

Tek-Ind DTF inks are water-based inks, suitable for use with all printers. The image is printed on a special film using the classic CMYK scheme, and a layer of white ink is printed on top. DTF powder is then applied to this white layer. This technique allows for printing on almost any fabric and color. DTF inks create designs with vibrant, sharp colors. The resulting print is flexible and does not crack when the fabric is stretched. It also has high resistance to washing and wear.

To avoid printhead jams due to the composition of DTF inks, we recommend daily printing and periodic printer maintenance (test prints, printhead cleaning, shaking the ink containers, etc.).
