LOW FUSION PLASTISOL SERIES
Plastisol Tek-Plast series inks are phthalate-free plastisols that allow you to create any Pantone color. They are not concentrated pigments, but plastisols that are already balanced and ready for use. Tek-Plast Series Plastisols are easily printed both by hand and with automatic machines. Tek-Plast Series Plastisol inks can be printed on fabrics with a thread count of 43 to 90 threads per cm with good opacity. These inks can also be printed with high-thread-count screens on light-colored fabrics or over a white plastisol base. The prints will be fully polymerized when the entire ink layer reaches 130°C. These colors can be printed wet-on-wet if 120-thread-count screens are used, possibly by placing a drying hood between the second and third colors.

Stability in the frame: the Tek-Plast range does not dry in the screen, does not block them, allowing a significant reduction in machine cleaning times and a reduction in product waste, as well as production costs. This allows to maintain high production speeds.
Wet on Wet Stability: the Tek-Plast range allows wet-on-wet printing, without the use of intermediate flash cure lamps, with a consequent saving of energy and time, this also allows to reduce printing stations and increase the number of colors.
Low polymerization temperature: Tek-Plast range has the characteristic of polymerizing at low temperatures (130 °C), without affecting the final characteristics of the prints, allowing to print also difficul textile that may be damage cause the high temperature.
