The Omaga printing machine series include all machine where the printing pallet moves with longitudinal or trasvers traslation, unlike the classic screen printing carousels represented by our models: Beta and Alfa where the plates turn around a central part. Single-color omega with print unit for graphics applications in detail
OPERATION
The OMEGA 130x260 machine is designed for single-color printing on flexible and rigid substrates.
The media to be printed are loaded manually onto the print table. The operator starts the printing cycle by pressing the start pedal. At this command, the machine performs a complete printing cycle. At the end of the cycle, the operator manually extracts the printed support and loads the next support.
PRINTING PALLETS
The printing table has a thickness of 15 mm, this is housed in a special structure that allows it to be moved from the inside to the outside of the machine, the table can be equipped with an aspiration system, called Vacum.
PRINTING UNIT
- N ° 1 printing unit with double guide.
- Raclature speed linearly variable from 5 to 25 m / min with mechanical motor variator.
- Squeegee exchange with double pneumatic cylinders.
- Independent pressure regulation on each pneumatic cylinder.
- Possibility to vary the angle of incidence of the squeegess and flood-bar.
- Parallel lifting of the panel with gearmotor.
- Transversal and longitudinal centering registers of the drawing.
- Determination of the stroke of the squeegee, with electric limit switches located along the sliding bars.
