FOUR COLOR PROCESS PLASTISOL
TK four-color process plastisols are phthalate-free inks designed for four-color printing on fabric. They are ready for printing straight from the canister. They have no covering power. For optimal results, use monofilament polyester screens with a thread count of 120 threads/cm. Using fabrics with a lower thread count will result in increased ink deposits and more intense hues. Use tensioned screens with a tension of at least 25 N/cm2 and ensure all screens have the same tension. For best results, they should be printed on white fabrics. Color values will be altered if printed on colored fabrics. Prints will be fully polymerized when the entire ink layer reaches 150°C.
