Plastisol Mixopake Series

Mixopake inks are phthalate-free plastisols that allow you to create any Pantone color and all standard Union Ink colors, providing excellent reproducibility when printed on black, colored, or light fabrics. Mixopake plastisols are also an excellent choice for standard colors when Pantone mixing is not required. They are not concentrated pigments, but plastisols that are already balanced and ready for use. Mixopake inks are easy to print both by hand and with automatic machines. Mixopake inks print on fabrics with thread counts from 43 to 90 threads per cm, achieving excellent opacity. To create Pantone colors, Avient's IMS 3.0 software is used, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Avient website. Prints will be fully polymerized when the entire ink layer reaches 150°C.
