NPT FLASHBACK NEUTRAL GRAY GL 1

NPT FLASHBACK NEUTRAL GRAY GL 1 is a phthalate-free, reflective plastisol that gives the print the ability to reflect light back toward the source. In sunlight, it looks like a traditional print, but in low-light conditions, it reflects light back toward the source. NPT FLASHBACK NEUTRAL GRAY is almost transparent, we recommend using frames with 34-51 threads/cm fabrics, we recommend creating a white base for a greater reflective effect. Prints will be fully cured when the entire ink layer reaches 160°C.

NPT PHOSPHORESCENT GREEN GL 1

Phosophorescent GREEN (NPT LITE GREEN GLOW) is a ready-to-use, luminescent plastisol. This ink is formulated for application on cotton or cotton/polyester fabrics. Its luminescent effect is particularly noticeable in complete darkness, through which it radiates a very bright green light. In daylight or artificial light, however, it appears to have a pale whitish tint. Thicker ink deposits increase the intensity and duration of the phosphorescent effect.

PLASTICHARGE ADDITIVE GL 1

Plasticharge additive makes it easier to create bright, colorful, and soft-touch prints on corrodible fabrics, transforming Union plastisols into corrodible inks. Plastisols quenched with Plasticcharge Additive can be printed on screens with fabrics from 43 to 71 threads/cm. Mix equal parts Plasticcharge Additive and a suitable Union plastisol. Stir slowly until the ink and Plasticharge are completely mixed. Add 6% TE Corrodent before printing. Once the corrosive agent has been added, the ink will last approximately 24 hours in the can. Cure for at least 2 minutes at 160°C, as evaporating the water too quickly could block the corrosion reaction and result in dull colors.

INFINITE FX THERMOLINE CLEAR GL 1

Thermoline Clear can be used both as an adhesive for flock, foil, and flock transfer, and as a base for metallic powders and glitter. If Thermoline Clear is used as an adhesive for flock transfer, we recommend using screens with 24-32 threads/cm, printing with 200-400 micron thick matrices. If Thermoline Clear is used as a foil adhesive, we recommend using screens with 32-43 threads/cm. Using a transfer press set to 170°C to 180°C, using moderate pressure, press for approximately 10-20 seconds. Let the fabric cool completely and peel off the foil or flock. If Thermoline Clear is used as a base for powders or glitter, add a maximum of 15% powder or glitter. The prints will be fully cured when the entire ink layer reaches 150°C.

Suede Additive is a phthalate-free plastisol that, when properly mixed, gives plastisol inks a suede-like effect and a peach-touch feel. Suede Additive is added in quantities ranging from 10% to 30%, depending on the desired effect in Maxopake plastisols. We recommend using screens with 24-32 threads/cm. Prints will be fully cured when the entire ink layer reaches 160°C.

PLAST-TEK NPT PUFF ADDITIVE 5 KG

Puff Additive is a phthalate-free plastisol that, when properly mixed, gives plastisol inks a puffing effect. Puff Additive must be added in a percentage ranging from 10 to 20% to Maxopake plastisols and can be printed on both light and dark backgrounds. We recommend printing with screens with a thread count between 34 and 43 threads per cm, and using thicker stencils if necessary. Puff Additive provides high swelling, but requires high temperatures, around 160-170°C, to achieve maximum swelling.

NPT GREY BARRIER BASE GL 1

The NPT GREY BARRIER BASE is a gray basecoat plastisol designed to block sublimation of dyed polyester fabrics. Prints will be fully polymerized when the entire ink layer reaches 160°C. Plastisol ink to be used as a background print on all synthetic or natural substrates in which there are problems of migration of the substrate dye. The use of this product guarantees a high barrier effect that blocks the phenomenon of sublimation and does not allow the dyeing of the fabric to alter the overprinted colours.

If Plastisol Flock Transfer Glue is used as a foil adhesive, we recommend using screens with 32-43 threads/cm. Using a transfer press set to between 170° and 180°C, using moderate pressure, press for approximately 10-20 seconds. Let the fabric cool completely and peel off the foil or flock sheet.
