SCREEN PRINTING STEEL WASHING TANK resistant to all the chemicals used in screen printing. The tank is equipped with side, top, and front splash guards, providing a limited area for washing/stripping. The tank is available with and without a backlit display. The display located at the rear of the tank contains two neon lights that illuminate the screen during the stripping process. The display allows for the detection and cleaning of any emulsion residue that may still be present on the screen. The tank is mounted on an electro-welded stainless steel structure. Below it are height-adjustable feet that allow for its tilt. The tank is complete with a tap with two inlets, a gun/lance for cleaning, and a drain for connecting the tank to a purification system.

KIT-1:
VTA / VTAV + 1 TANK + 1 PUMP
This kit allows the water already used to be discharged from the washing tank using an electric pump to a collection tank with a capacity of 1000 liters. Once full, this tank must be sent for disposal or through a purifier the water can be depurate, which can be discharged into the sewer, only the solid residue will be disposed of.
KIT-2:
VTAV + 2 TANKS + 2 PUMPS (EXCEPT THE PURCHASE OF A PURIFIER)
This more complete kit allows you to drain the water to a first storage tank through an electric pump, from this first tank the water is passed through a purifier which then accumulates it in a second tank, where a second pump convey the depurate water to the cleaing tub and allows to reuse this water for subsequent washing operations.
