AQUATEK PUFF BASE ADDITIVE
AQUATEK PUFF BASE ADDITIVE is an additive added at 20-30% to a base paste to create abrasion-resistant, puffy 3D prints. During curing, AQUATEK PUFF BASE ADDITIVE expands, creating a dry, flexible, 3D print. The embossed designs obtained in this way have a good level of fastness, which can be further improved by adding Aquatek Fixer 120. AQUATEK PUFF BASE ADDITIVE does not contain formaldehyde and does not release any during fixing, thus complying with the strict requirements of various eco-labels such as Öko-Tex Standard 100 (product class I) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). The prints are dried at temperatures of approximately 100-120°C, swelled, and cured with dry heat at 150°C for 2-4 minutes or at 160°C for 2-3 minutes. AQUATEK PUFF BASE PRONTA TS
AQUATEK PUFF BASE PRONTA TS is a ready-to-use base for creating 3D puffed prints with good abrasion resistance. During curing, AQUATEK PUFF BASE PRONTA TS expands and creates a dry, flexible, and 3D print. The embossed designs obtained in this way have a good level of solidity, which can be further improved by adding Aquatek Fixer 120, a fixing agent. AQUATEK PUFF BASE PRONTA TS does not contain formaldehyde and does not release it during fixing, thus complying with the strict requirements of various eco-labels such as Öko Tex Standard 100 (product class I) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). AQUATEK PUFF BASE PRONTA TS can be colored by adding pigments from the Neoprint series up to a maximum of 70/80g per kg of paste, depending on the desired print shade. The prints are dried at temperatures of approximately 100-120°C, swollen, and polymerized with dry heat at 150°C for 2-4 minutes or at 160°C for 2-3 minutes.
