UV dryer for screen printing, Ghibly UV is a UV dryer, with a useful width of 450/550/650/800/1100/1550, it's equipped with a glass fiber conveyor belt that allow to transport soft and medium heavy material.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
The UV dryer is equipped with:- UV lamp power adjustment
- Ventilation adjustment to cool UV lamps
- Exhaust fume extraction (enabled and disabled)
- Front and rear closures to limit UV light output
- Lamp height adjustment with graduated scale
- Maximum power consumption 15 kW
- Belt speed adjustment
- UV lamp power adjustment via control keypad from 20% to 100%
- Dryer body in matt black painted aluminum for UV lamps with a 1100 mm arc and fixed shutter.
- Self-resetting thermal protection at 140°C with quartz filter to ensure the lamp stays clean over time.
- Lamp power: 120W/cm
- Electronic ballast that optimizes lamp efficiency and increases its lifespan by stabilizing the output current and modulating the ignition power.

*The data refers to a model with a single 120W/cm3 lamp. If necessary, two lamps can be mounted side by side; in this case, the data should be doubled. Two lamps achieve a maximum power of 220W/cm3, which can be regulated from 20% to 100%.
*Slowing down the belt speed can compensate for the increased power required, which is useful for drying some UV paints/varnishes.
