AQUATEK METALLIC BINDER

AquaTek Metallic Binder is a ready-to-use, solvent-free paste designed for printing metallic effects on cotton fabrics and its blends, and on synthetic PES fabrics. The product has no hiding power and is partially elastic. AquaTek Metallic Binder must be colored with metallic powders and pastes up to a maximum of 15%. The resulting prints are very bright and highly stable against oxidation. We recommend using 32/43 threads/cm screens and the use of Aquatek Finish S to improve the product's printability. AquaTek Metallic Binder has good general fastnesses, however an addition of 50g/kg of AquaTek Fixer FF can be made to further improve fastnesses. After drying, prints must be cured at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes.

AQUATEK GLITTER BASE polyurethane

AquaTek Glitter BASE is a ready-to-use paste used for glitter printing. Prepare the paste by adding glitter while stirring, up to a maximum of 10-15%. Given the use of this paste with glitter, it is essential to print on low-thread-count fabrics, choosing glitter with the appropriate grain size. This paste can be printed on both cotton and its blends, as well as synthetic fibers. To increase overall fastness, we recommend adding 50g/kg of AquaTek Fixer FF. After drying, the prints must be polymerized at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes

AQUATEK FOIL ADHESIVE TOP

AQUATEK FOIL ADHESIVE TOP is a ready-to-use paste with HIGH wash-fastness used for laminating foils, usually on cotton fabrics and blends. After printing and drying, the fabric is laminated with Mylar foils using the heat transfer process. We recommend operating with medium-low press pressure at a temperature of approximately 160°C for 15-20 seconds.

AquaTek Flock Adhesive FF

AquaTek Flock Adhesive FF is a formaldehyde-free acrylic dispersion adhesive, applicable in screen printing for direct flocking of single- or multi-color flock patterns on fabrics with a particularly soft feel. Used in combination with Aquatek Fixer 104/120/157, flocking results are achieved with high abrasion resistance and excellent fastness to washing and dry cleaning. We recommend using screen counts of 15 to 43 threads/cm, depending on the design and fabric quality. Drying and setting are achieved at 130-150°C for approximately 6-15 minutes. AquaTek Flock Adhesive FF is formaldehyde-free, so it reliably complies with various environmental labels, such as Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (product class I) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

AquaTek Clear AT5

AquaTek Clear AT5 is a ready-to-use paste used for printing on fabrics that cannot reach high temperatures, such as synthetic leather, wool, silk, and natural fabrics. The main characteristics of this printing paste are complete pigment fixation even at lower temperatures (110-120°C), high solidity, and very low free formaldehyde emissions. AquaTek Clear AT5 has no hiding power and is usually colored by adding Neoprint series pigments up to a maximum of 30-40g per kg of paste, depending on the desired print color. To increase overall fastness, we recommend adding 10-20g/kg of AquaTek Catalyst AT5; however, once the catalyst is added, the paste must be used within 24 hours. After drying, prints must be cured at low temperatures or even cold. Please note that maximum cold curing is achieved 72 hours after printing.

MAGNAPRINT SELF CRACK was developed to recreate the effect of old paint that cracks over time, producing a "cracked/aged" look. The distinguishing feature of this product is that it creates a cracked print that breaks on its own upon exiting the oven, without the need to pull the fabric by hand. Depending on the ink deposit, the cracks can be enlarged or reduced. Neoprint series pigments can be added up to a maximum of 6%.

MAGNAPRINT SELF CRACK UNDERBASE

MAGNAPRINT SELF CRACK UNDERBASE was developed to recreate the effect of old paint that cracks over time, producing a "cracked/aged" appearance. The distinguishing feature of this product is that it creates a cracked underbase that breaks on its own upon exiting the oven, without the need for manual stretching. Depending on the ink deposit, the cracks can be enlarged or reduced. MagnaPrint® Self Crack Underbase must be printed first and then dried, before being overprinted with MagnaPrint Self Crack. Neoprint series pigments can be added up to a maximum of 6%.

ASUPRINT E-LUXOR NEW is a ready-to-use polyurethane paste that, after drying and curing, produces a high-gloss effect combined with a silky feel. It has no coverage, but it offers good elasticity and can be colored by adding pigments from the Neoprint series, up to a maximum of 40-60g per kg of paste, depending on the desired print color. After drying, prints must be cured at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes.

AquaTek BASE PER DEVORE'

AquaTek BASE PER DEVORE' is a ready-to-use paste that, thanks to its high transparency, creates a faux-devoré effect after drying and curing. AquaTek BASE PER DEVORE' can be printed on various types of fabrics, such as polyester, acetates, nylon, and silk; it can also be printed on cotton and linen, but the faux-devoré effect is reduced on these substrates. It is not an opaque paste, but it has a soft hand and good overall fastness. After drying, the prints must be polymerized at 150-160°C for 2-3 minutes. A subsequent overdyeing with reactive or acid dyes on printed fabrics offers unique dyeing effects, maintaining the transparency of the printed part.
