The Shaker can be used for mixing inks before printing. One common use is mixing neutral bases with pigments to effect coloring or to add various catalysts or auxiliaries to the printing ink, it can mix water-based inks and plastisol. One liter drums can be inserted up to a maximum of 20 liters.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Composed of a vibrator, lid for pressure closing the drum and electronic control system.
- Equipped with a control PLC from which is it possible to set the vibration time for a maximum time of 2 hours.
- Automatic closing system that presses the drum with variable pressure depending on the size.
- High speed mixing system --- with continuous up / down, forward / backward movements.
- Simple functions on the control display, such as manual closing and opening buttons, start, stop, reset. PLC for easy and intuitive use.
